What brings you to the practice? When you book your appointment, please fill out the intake forms to help give us insight to what modalities will best suit your session. After this is submitted we will contact you via your preferred method to help direct you to the best plan of treatment for you. You should expect a response within 48 hours.
If you know which practitioner you would like to see you may look at their schedule and availability to book an available session time via the online portal schedule now link.
Our office is located on the second floor on the Monroe Office Suites. When you arrive, walk up 1.5 flights of stairs and turn to your right. You will see two arm chairs and our door (#307) on your left. Please have a seat here, and your practitioner will be out to greet you for your appointment.
